The Mt. Rushmore of great Jewish baseball players definitely includes Ken Holtzman. After all, it is Holtzman, not Sandy Koufax, who is the Jewish pitcher with the most career victories: 174. He didn’t throw four no-hitters like Koufax, but his two no-nos still rank as an impressive feat.
